Important Notice: Adjustment to Service Fees Effective 1st May 2025
We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to inform you about an upcoming adjustment to our service fees, which will take effect on 1ST May 2025. These changes apply to over-warranty service charges and are detailed below:
Deposit (During send in) : RM 30
Standard Labor Charge : RM 70
Cancellation / No Trouble Found : RM 30
Unauthorize Repair/ Parallel Imported : RM 210
Please note that the deposit is required when submitting your head unit for service. This deposit will be applied towards the final labour fee in the event of cancellation or if no fault is found. Alternatively, it will be deducted from the total repair cost upon confirmation and agreement to proceed with the repair.
This decision was made after careful consideration of current market conditions and our ongoing commitment to providing you with top-quality products and services. We believe that this adjustment will enable us to maintain our high standards and continue to serve you effectively.
